Getting started with reinforcement learning: 
Most people deeply interested in the topic of machine learning think it is synonymous with neural networks. In their current incarnation, neural networks seem to be versatile tools. By selecting the right type of neural network, the same tool, with small variations, might be able to solve most problems. This does not mean, though, that neural networks are the best (or even the right) tool to use for a given problem.
