Master five great meat or vegetarian dishes from around the world – and get them right everytime. Think mac'n'cheese from North America; curry from Asia; lamb, chicken or vegetable tagine from Africa; pizza from Europe; and churros from South America. This is a 3 week course running on Thursdays at 5pm.Please select from the available start dates. FAQs Are there any specific enrolment requirements? All learners must complete an enrolment form on the first day. We will need to confirm that the correct fee has been paid. If you have chosen the Royal Greenwich card holder option you will need to show your Greenwich One card at enrolment. You can visit a centre and secure a place in person; this option is best if you believe you qualify for a concessionary rate. Can anyone join this event?
