Zero-Waste Clothes Design – Maja Stabel – a Culture interest event taking place on 2017-10-21 10:00:00 in Norway
You will learn about zero waste fashion design and how you can use this very easy and sustainable pattern technique at home. I will introduce you to the concept and show you my interpretation of it; using only rectangled pat- tern pieces to make a garment. We will make a miniature item by hand so you can go home and make it in real size and know exactly how to do it. You will get 2 zero waste patterns to take home. Language: NorwegianLevel: BeginnerClass size: 25Price: Kr. 400,-Bring: 50 cm of a fabric of your choice, easy to sew in it by hand. Maja Stabel is giving 2 workshops on this theme, make sure to choose the time you prefer! 🙂 About the instructor: Maja Stabel is a fashion designer passionate about teaching, handcrafted things and growing a counterculture to fast fashion and our consumption culture. We need quality clothes that we can love and take care of for a long time and I think we can make them ourselves — much easier than you think! @majastabel / majastabel.com / FB: Maja Stabel
