More Info: Enjoy a gentle Hatha-style yoga class surrounded by the beauty of the Forest. Classes will include breathwork, gentle postures, and final relaxation. Bring your own mat, water, and any personal items that might be useful. Masks are required to enter the Nature Center and are recommended for socializing before and after class. Please respect the six-foot recommended spacing between mats. Event will be moved indoors if necessary. Pre-registration is required.
