WP Stats Plugin does not work

My WordPress was upgraded to 2.7 and I activated the Stats Plugin by adding the API key and choosing "Replace this blog". Sadly, it still doesn’t work (it hasn’t worked since I went self-hosted). Yes, this annoys me. But whatever. I am going to install other stats packages.
