An Arizona woman found a note inside a purse purchased from her local Walmart from a Chinese “prisoner,” KVOA reports. Laura Wallace, daughter-in-law of the Walmart customer, says she had the note translated and found it “stated that the person who wrote that was a prisoner in China.
