So I have had this weird problem while playing games for about 6 months [?] Basically CPU usage spikes to 100% with no reason, and in other games the disk usage spikes to 100% Strangely, the problem seems to be fixed after a couple of days. I have tried checking task manager and stuff to try and figure out what the problem might be but to no avail.

Ok so I got a weird issue going on here, even I can't figure it out. When I am downloading an update, for any video game, whether it be overwatch, fortnite, PUBG, ESO…you get the picture..the Download speed will spike.
Have you tried: Farking?
