Please join One Deep Breath Yoga for our intimate event: VINO + VINYASA SF. The event is held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Sports Basement in the Presidio (610 Mason St. SF). The event will start with a 1-hr well-rounded candlelight vinyasa flow class in a room with filled with lovely aroma therapy. After class, enjoy a selection of wines, cheeses, and other delicious refreshments with old and new friends. VINO + VINYASA is the ideal hump day pick me up to get you through your week. Feel free to bring your friends and family – yoga is more fun with good company! Space is limited for this event and space runs out quickly, so please plan ahead and purchase tickets online to reserve your spot. Just bring your own mat and you're all set! A small towel and a water bottle may also be helpful. Can I buy tickets at the door? Yes, but only if pre-sale tickets don't sell out. Space is very limited for this event, so it's always a better purchase tickets online ahead of time. Once I'm at the Presidio Sports Basement (NOT Bryant Street in Potrero Hill), how do I get to the room? When you enter the front doors, you can walk towards the back and take a right and you'll see a sign for "Big Room" on the right. Enter the "Big Room"! Is there parking?
