Pink Floyd was absolutely prog rock, you’re using way too narrow a
    definition otherwise.
    Mysterious long-haired British experimental synthesizer-heavy space-cadets
with Hipgnosis covers, side-long songs and legendary light shows. Nope, not
    prog at all…?

I haven’t been able to find one, so I wonder if anybody else has been able
to locate another version of this video with at least somewhat palatable
quality? This one is near unwatchable with the clicking, squeaking,
popping, horrendous cutting/editing, etc. What I HAVE been able to watch,
however, is really interesting, extremely humorous, and just plain
fun–would LOVE a cleaner, slightly higher quality version of this. Thank
you for posting it, nonetheless–I do sincerely mean that, too. I’m sure
it’s not Remy’s fault for the poor quality video.?

    The rock’s meal plan: “Gear”?

  34. Puro Arte TzoDeMiVida

    25 April 2015 at 9:07 am

    OK first of all…
    1. Dwayne Johnson is not natural.
    2. 400+ protein is useless unless you have and insane amount of
testosterone thus being on needle. One that is natural should consume
around .5 to 1lb per body weight depending on your body fat %.

Don’t try and follow his meal plan because (unless your on steroids) will
fail. Meaning that you would be consuming and excessive amount of protein
    and it’s useless.
All you have to do is figure out your BMR and either add or subtract
calories depending on your goal whether its cutting bulking or maintaining.
Meal plans are only for people that have 0 time to cook there food and are
very busy. You can either count calories or go deeper and count macros.
Again Dwayne Johnson is NOT NATURAL so his body composition, metabolism,
recovery and muscle growth is way different than those of a Natural.
Everybody is different do what works for you.?

  40. Koji Ghafoor

    25 April 2015 at 11:44 am

    I’m 75 kg at 6% body fat right now, I eat over 450 g of carbs a day 360 g
of protein and around 85 g of fat when I try cut carbs out I lose muscle
mass within a week extensively there is nothing wrong with good carbs even
if you are ripped it’s just a myth?

This is terribly misleading. 400+ grams of protein is excessive for even
the largest body builder. On top of that, I get that you’re trying to teach
to not “fear” the carbs but the brain thrives on fatty acids and ketones
rather than glucose. On top of that, because there is so much protein per
meal there seams to be a lack of dietary fat. Is cod/steak/chicken is
likely lean meaning he MUST supplement with omega-3’s. If his fish was less
lean he wouldn’t have to. This meal plan is guaranteed to get you fat due
to the amount of carbohydrate and excess protein. I usually love your stuff
but this is just ehh. It’s misleading and unnecessary. You don’t need to
eat lean to be lean in fact a diet focused on fatty acids rather than
carbohydrates is more anabolic and promotes fat loss. So if I had any tips
for any athlete it would be to forget the carbs and focus on what is
ESSENTIAL. And to not over consume protein because not only is it
expensive, but it is unnecessary. If you focus on a diet high in fat you
also become more efficient and better focused, less tired, while
simultaneously preventing disease. Carbs are non-essential. It’s not about
being scared of carbs. It’s about understanding the macronutrient and how
    it reacts within the body.?
