The Stories Behind the Songs: A Celebration of Michiana Music – a Music interest event taking place on 2020-01-31 19:00:00 in United States
SOUTH BEND, IN – January 31, 2020 – The Music Village is pleased to announce “The Stories Behind the Songs – A Celebration of Michiana Music” will be held on Friday, January 31 at 7 PM at The Music Village (TMV) location at 333 S. Michigan St. in South Bend.
The event consists of 10 local musicians playing a song on their chosen instrument and then discussing what the song means to them or how the local music scene has influenced their lives.
Refreshments will be provided and a cash bar is available.
“To be honest, I don’t know what to expect,” said Mark Bradford, who organized this first time ever event. “Each musician has a lot to say but only 10 minutes to say it, so it will be interesting. This area is blessed with a wide variety of talented musicians. I think it will be a lot of fun.”
