Talinda Bennington and No Doubt's Adrian Young speak candidly about mental illness ahead of Strange 80s 2 benefit in L.A. Adrian Young, drummer of No Doubt, will perform songs from the '80s alongside a slew of other musicians and celebrity guests at Charity Bomb and Goldenvoice's Strange 80s 2 benefit on Friday, Oct. 12 at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. After the death of her husband, Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington , who took his own life last year, Talinda Bennington started an initiative that would serve those with mental health concerns and addiction, as well as open a dialogue about mental illness.
