Companies have full insight into the jobseeker market and can approach talent they think will best fit the job.
How does it work? TalentLatch operates both in interest of candidates and companies. Candidates sign up and complete a profile with details regarding their education and work experience, as well as about themselves, their interests and life experiences. Candidates will also have to meet assessment criteria before being granted access to the platform. Companies follow the same process. Company profiles aims to enlighten candidates as to the values and culture of the firm. Admitted companies will then be able to evaluate the candidates on the platform and, when ready, reach out to and make individual offers to candidates. This format enables companies to approach candidates with an offer for what they perceive them to be worth and are confident that there will be a good culture fit. Companies will also welcome a platform with a strong pool of verified talent to assess.
