South African poet and author Adriaan van Vuuren will release his third book, The Weight of…, on 25 October 2025. Available in hardcover and softcover, the book is now open for pre-orders through his official website, www.adriaanvanvuuren.co.za.
Following the success of Revelations, van Vuuren’s new book continues his exploration of resilience, vulnerability, and connection but with an interactive approach. Alongside his poetry, The Weight of… offers readers writing prompts and guided reflections, transforming the book into both a personal collection and a creative space for self-expression.
“Writing has always been my way of understanding the world and finding connection,” says van Vuuren. “With The Weight of…, I wanted to go further. Not just to share my voice, but to give readers room to write their own.”
