Session 4: Cultural Responsiveness and Leadership – a Culture interest event taking place on 2017-03-24 09:00:00 in United States
This session will focus on the examining how school and district leaders can transform beliefs, policies and practices around instruction, discipline and/or organizational structures that are perpetuating current inequities. A systemic perspective will be employed in order to build upon culturally responsive practices that support staff, students, and their families when addressing disproportionate outcomes.
