Lying on the beach near near the Purakanui Bay DOC camping ground. Sadly, people were letting off fireworks, letting their dogs get close and doing burnouts on the beach. Poor animal.
Taken on our 10-day Christmas / New Years holiday, December 2011 to January 2012, down to The Catlins, across the south coast and up Fiordland to the Milford Sound Highway including a cruise in Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound.
