A nice Cape Town image:
Robben Island, Cape Town, RSA

Robben Island, Cape Town, where Nelson Mandela, along with other anti-apartheid activists, were imprisoned. The tour was one of the most educational and moving experiences I had in Cape Town, if not out of all the traveling I’ve ever done, and highly recommended.
Visitors can visit Robben Island by catching a boat from the V&A Waterfront. The fee for the boat includes a bus tour around the island, and a tour inside the prison complex where Nelson Mandela was kept, both guided by ex-political prisoners. The whole trip lasts about 3-4 hours, and there are 3-4 boats out per day. It’s best to book tickets in advance, for the simple fact that it is a very popular destination for visitors to Cape Town.
