Really Weird GPU Throttling Issue Started by MikeIzEpic:
Strix 1080Ti and 6600k @4.7 This is a really odd issue that I can't seem to find a thread about. Yesterday I replaced the thermal paste on my CPU and GPU in an attempt to reduce their temps, as they've been getting a little hot lately.
Have you tried: Diving with Sharks?
