QLD OERt CIWG | Cultural change in an established operation

QLD OERt CIWG | Cultural change in an established operation – a Culture interest event taking place on 2020-05-27 09:00:00 in Australia

OERt CIWG | Cultural change in an established operation Host To Be Confirmed Your workplace culture has a significant impact on whether your company accomplishes its most significant goals. You may need to tweak the culture, or you may need a complete culture overhaul. Although changing your organisational culture can feel like rolling rocks uphill, it will likely result in increased growth and revenue. A quick Google search reveals the importance of corporate culture in boosting employee engagement, retention, performance, morale and satisfaction. But “corporate culture” is a catchall phrase that can be quite vague in terms of its definition. So many things go into creating a culture and there is no one-size-fits-all model, making the process of improving it very difficult. But there is no doubt about its importance. A recent survey of C-level execs gave these results: • 84% believe culture is critical to business success• 60% think that culture is more important than strategy or operating model• 51% think a major overhaul is currently needed in their culture• 35% think their company's culture is managed successfully Join us at this CIWG as we discuss what works, what doesn't work, reward systems, behaviour modelling, storytelling, what to read, what to avoid reading and how to model the change that you want to see.
