GAWLER PRIMARY SCHOOL, DR. DAWES DUX MEDALLISTS — 1978
In 1899 Dr R St Mark Dawes began the practice of awarding Dux Medals to the top boy and top girl in the senior class of the school each year. The medals were awarded annually until they were discontinued after 1977.
