Parents banned from naming baby after notorious terrorist who shot 3 children:
French authorities stepped in to stop a mother and father, who haven't been named, from calling their child Mohamed Merah, a jihadist who killed seven people in 2012. The baby was baptized in November with the name, The Local in France reported.
