Ken Savin will share ideas about working across industries with examples from his work at the International Space Station US National Lab, followed by Q&A facilitated by Centric board member Dr. Tom Foust. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.Program begins at 9 a.m. About Ken Savin: Ken received his Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 1996 and came to Eli Lilly and Co. in 1998 from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center as a senior organic chemist. He worked on several projects as a medicinal chemist in the areas of anxiety, depression and inflammatory disorders, and he was involved in many cross-functional Lilly research collaborations. In May 2017, Ken retired from Lilly and is currently a Director on the Commercial Innovation and Science and Technology teams at the International Space Station US National Lab. Centric® is a 501c3 nonprofit that connects, educates and celebrates Indiana's problem solvers. Centric exists to increase the recognition of our state as a global center of innovation.
