   Biggest complaint is the built in screen protector does not sit tight against the screen so you have to push your buttons harder than you normally would. Love Otterbox but the built in screen protector is annoying that it doesn’t fit tight against the screen so I feel like I’m pounding on my phone every time I type

   Ok let me start with, that I had some issues with my delivery but it was taken care of right away! I must say I loveeeeee this case, it makes my phone feel and look beautiful, I’m in love with my case and it protects it all around, I recommend this case to everyone

   If you have ever owned an OtterBox cases you know what a great products and the phone/device is well protected. But there is a minor problem with this case. The slot for recharging the phone is to small. The original apple USB Lightning cable FITS in the slot just fine. But, It seems that any third party USB lightning cable will NOT FIT in the slot due to the width of the molding (see attached photo – Apple on the left). I use 10 ft cables in my family & bed rooms that would not fit. I decided to keep the case and ground down the obstructions on the case with a file making the slot bigger, all is well. NOTE: my wife has a IPhone 6S Plus with a OtterBox case and there’s no problems with any USB Lightning cables.
