The Organization for African Students’ Interests and Solidarity (OASIS) is introducing its Annual Gala. Each year, the organization dedicates their annual gala to raising awareness about a cause related to the continent of Africa. The theme of the 2016 Gala is ENTREPRENEURSHIP between the western world and our beloved continent. This year’s special guests are from a local business “Mama Afrika Growth”, which advocates farming African herbs through education, economic justice and social empowerment projects. Come learn about Africa, enjoy popular African dishes, party to African music all in the presence of Africans. ALL are WELCOME. Dress code is formal. Doors open at 6:30pm.
