Niles murder case takes strange twist:
A man who walked into the Niles Law Enforcement Complex and confessed to murder apparently told police that he failed to follow through on his end of a suicide pact. An affidavit claims 52-year-old James Huffman made an agreement with Angela Cluver to strangle her, then kill himself.
