Having my mother here for a vacation means I have less time commenting on other people’s awesome images. I do not forget to look at them though, especially my contacts and friends and I even share them with my mother which she herself is becoming an avid photographer! In fact, she just bought a Sony W80 point and shoot the other day! I will post her photos on her own Flickr account as soon as I can.
This swan was taken the same day when I took her portraits at the beach. I used my Nikon D50 and a Nikon Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VR lens. I’m still having trouble with my focus points (especially with a narrow dof) but I believe I’m improving somewhat.
