The Coffee Origins Lab takes a broad look at the global coffee trade, outlining trade and consumption history, as well as differences among coffees worldwide. Students will learn about coffee agronomy, varieties, processing, production techniques, regional traditions, and the evolution of consuming culture. Students will taste the broad diversity of coffees in the world through several cupping flights. *Brewing Science is a prerequisite for this lab. Contact your local rep for more information.
