Mindful Music, an award-winning education programme, is back at Poplar Union, offering our local 3-11 year olds the opportunity to drum! Drumming has been directly linked to our levels of happiness and is a great way to help children with confidence, concentration, self-control and teamwork skills. From drumming to body percussion to song writing – we have something for everyone!
