Mama Self Care Day, with CBD and Cultured Foods Workshop – a Culture interest event taking place on 2018-04-21 13:00:00 in United States
Hey mama's, Join us for a beautiful afternoon in Topanga, either solo or with your babes, for some grounding and nourishment in nature. We'll circle together to set our intentions and connect, take a nature walk and talk gut health for our body and mind, make some fresh cultured foods, and have a little CBD Q&A. As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, a big part of my work with clients is improving their digestion and inner balance, and one of the key ways can be by incorporating fermented foods into the daily diet. These foods can get unnecessarily costly at the store so I'll show you that they're cheap and easy to make, supporting the health of you and your loved ones, as well as your wallet. Also through my partners company Foria (www.foriawellness.com and www.foriapleasure.com) I've learned a lot about the benefits of quality cannabis and hemp plant medicine for sexual health and supporting homeostasis in the body, mind, empowerment and overall wellbeing, AND how to better navigate this quickly growing space to find the most quality clean and conscious products. You'll leave with your own custom jar of healing cultured foods and the knowledge and supplies to continue making again and again, samples of Foria Awaken and product discounts, and leave feeling more nourished and grounded. Please bring your own knives and cutting board for chopping veggies, refillable water bottle and sun protection, wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy, bring your playful spirits and open hearts. I'm so looking forward to this time with you all
