The Western Cape is full of fantastic scenic drives and mountain passes. You can drive around for weeks without getting bored.
Another good one is the M6 Victoria Rd between Hout Bay and Cape Town. See my video below.

The first part is wide and twisty and open with fast corners and great view on the mountains and the ocean. Then you get into Camps Bay and its crowded but then comes the best part into Clifton and Bantry Bay: very tight and technical. Then into Sea Point Beach Rd and Mouille Point to the Waterfront.
I used to run from Green Point to Camps Bay and back almost daily. This piece of Planet Earth is the best.
