Join us for a light lunch and group discussion to develop a flexible working culture in your organisation.It isn’t just working parents that want flexibility these days, the millennials crave it and many other employees highly value it. Ally Maughan from People Puzzles will be looking at managing and motivating a flexi-time and flexi-place workforce, both from best practice guidance and from her role as CEO of a fully flexible, virtual business. Dan May from ramsac will be bringing the technical element, with how technology can facilitate your flexible working aim. When & Where?
