Then, you will gain insights on the major systems in a church as you consider strategic plans in your church. We will engage in casual conversations at the McRaney's home that evening. On Friday the focus will be on each person leaving with a strategy for some aspect of your church. You will develop this by providing an overview of your church situation, having clarifying conversations about your church, and then confidential helps from your peers to develop a framework of a plan for your particular church. Wives will have the option of joining Sandy McRaney for some fun activities or Disney and all of Central FL will be on your doorstep.
