Kick For Africa/Sporting Rovers Charity Ball – a South Africa interest event taking place on 2016-04-16 18:30:00 in Canada
Charity Ball Hosted by Kick For Africa and Sporting Rovers. This event is to help raise awareness for Kick For Africa who are doing wonderful work in helping young and old in Africa by creating smiles through the game of football. Kick For Africa collects new and used football (soccer) equipment and donates it to football clubs and schools in South Africa who are attempting to establish themselves but are lacking the resources and necessary sporting equipment. Getting the equipment over there is not cheap so funds raised on the night are to help continue all goods donated make their way to the kids of Africa. Kick For Africa also have a goal of raising ,000 to help bring a team over to Australia on a Football tour in which they will play the likes of A-League Clubs (Western Sydney Wanderers and Central Coast Mariners) and local district teams such as Sporting Rovers. Please come and join us in which we promise will be a fun event for young and old and will give you an insight in how you can help someone on the other side of the world.
