The photograph shows the features of oneof those sterling wheelmen whose record shinesbright and clear for over a decade, FrederickWarrington Loucks, of the Kings CountyWheelmen. Mr. Loucks has been a cycler in the City ofChurches for over a decade. His club is theKings County Wheelmen, and the fine housethey occupy is largely Mr. Loucks creation;in fact, it is due to his financiering and soundbusiness sense. Mr. Loucks was president ofthe club and has held various other offices. He is at present secretary of the MetropolitanAssociation of Cycling Clubs, and dischargeshis duties in that painstaking and thoroughmanner which is a characteristic of all hiswork. Mr. Loucks was cashier of the GarfieldNational Bank for a number of years. Atpresent he is with the Bidwell Cycle Co. Mr. Loucks is the type of a brainy, refinedand enthusiastic wheelman, another one ofthose quiet, effective workers who dont getinto print as often as shallower and showierpeople.
