A Christmas gift of horse manure intended for U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin was found near his home Saturday, prompting the Los Angeles Police Department to investigate with a bomb squad. Authorities say the unopened box was gift wrapped and marked as being from “the American people.”
