Before I watched this video, last week my s3’s screen cracked so I was
phones the entire week. I noticed this.During the week I felt uneasy like I
was unchained by something. Soon enough I wanted to engage in conversations
with random people on my way to class because I was phoneless and only had
a watch. I noticed that most people using their phones don’t use them for a
necessity such as calling or messaging for something urgent. Instead we
waste time on crap that will not benefit us. My replacement is coming this
week, however i took a good look at myself and started thinking throughout
the entire week. I was able to stay disconnected from certain things like
social websites and such, and took note about what was going on around me.

    We look like robots..?

That’s how my mom is now, whenever I get hurt she just look at the phone
ignoring me. Best of mom 2014 really?!?

When my phone got stolen, I had to downgrade to an older smartphone I still
owned. Yes, it’s a smartphone, but it has too little storage space to
download every app I had. To be honest, I don’t really miss those apps…
and furthermore, I use my phone less than before because of the sluggyness.
I’m still like Charlene’s ‘husband’ though, using his phone in bed, but it
annoys me when I catch myself doing it.?

So true. When I go to pick up my kid at school, all of the other parents
are sitting in their cars with their smartphones…nobody is talking to the
teachers, hanging out and chatting, none of that. It’s surreal?

Hopefully devices such as Google Glass can break down the barriers we’ve
    made for ourselves.?

what is it exactly? Can someone please explain so that I can get a better
    picture? ?

I am 23 years old, and I do not own a smartphone. In fact, I go through
life feeling the opposite way from what most of my generation does. I don’t
know how I could make it through life as happily WITH a smartphone!!! :)?

People with friends like these robots… Just take their phone away, or if
they don’t listen, hit them in the face. ^^?

Its kinda rude on how easily people got distracted by their phone while
having a conversation with friends. Feeling ignored is most painful.?

The irony is that im using my phone to watch and comment this video, but I
have always been addicted to electronics, so its all pleasure for me, soon
    to be my job 🙂
