The Windsong Bohemian Market is a uniquely quirky market catering for everyone who loves something different. Esoteric, holistic, boho and hippie – our crafters, artists and makers create beautiful things to uplift the spirit.
This is a bi-monthly market and takes place at the beautiful Voortrekkers Kommando in Sunridge Park. The venue has abundant indigenous trees, is close to the Baakens River and is a peaceful haven of tranquility.
What can you expect?
A relaxed and laidback vibe. An eclectic mix of vendors and visitors ranging from farmers to Goths, hippies and everyone in-between. Creators and artists who craft anything from Goth décor to windchimes, dreamcatchers, incense, quirky bags, jewelry, tie-dyed clothing and sneakers, macramé, heirloom dolls and dragons, to wands, fresh produce, fairies, art and bohemian clothing and host of other beautiful things.
We have a Reiki Master, henna artists and Tarot reader.
Our vendors come from all walks of life including teachers, farmers, hippies, homemakers, artists and often you can’t tell who is who. Our Tribe subscribed to treading lightly on the earth and many of them repurpose and reinvent items from other discarded items.
Our tantalizing food stalls cater for everyone including vegetarians and vegans, and Micoffee supplies the awesome coffee!
If you’re tired of mass produced items then THIS is the place to shop for items not found anywhere else. Join us under the trees for a relaxed and laidback day of eating and shopping at your leisure. Nobody rushes at this market.
Well-socialized pooches on leash are welcome – we have a watering station for them too.
