From The Octagon To The Trading Screen – UFC MMA fighter shares how anyone can become a trader

Johannesburg, 24 April 2023: Four years ago, CMTrading started on a sporting sponsorship journey with South African UFC fighter, Dricus “Stillknocks” du Plessis. Now Dricus has utilised this exposure to the award-winning broker’s highly effective online support and training, to learn how to trade online himself successfully. Despite starting with zero experience, Dricus has been able to upskill himself with the help of CMTrading and is now sharing his journey to becoming a competent online trader through a blog on the CMTrading website.

“As a professional fighter, I know that discipline, focus, and determination are essential to succeed in any field. The same applies to online trading. With the right partner like CMTrading and a willingness to learn, anyone can become a successful trader and potentially set up a lucrative passive income stream. I am excited to share my journey with others and inspire them to take the first step towards financial freedom,” says Dricus.

Dricus wants to emphasise to his followers and anyone new to trading that anyone can learn to trade. He is a normal person who started with no experience, and he encourages others to take the journey with him.

To help others get started with online trading, Dricus encourages people to follow and read his blog series on the CMTrading website. He also shared three simple steps to implement right away. First, follow CMTrading on Facebook and Instagram to watch their weekly Motivational Monday and Technical Tuesday videos featuring Senior Trading Strategist, Fred Razak. Second, listen to CMTrading’s podcast, Keeping Up with Trends, for more tips and insights from Fred. Lastly, cmtrading.com offers an entire education section where people can watch training videos, attend webinars and live seminars, and even download ebooks for free.

Next month, Dricus will discuss how to start CMTrading, open an account, deposit, copy-trade, learn from other traders, and perform your first trade. In the meantime, check out Dricus’ page on CMTrading and follow his journey to becoming a successful online trader.
