This is a plug adapter only not a voltage converter – know the difference. It will not convert overseas 220v to 120v US. .,
NOTE: This device does not convert the voltage from 240 to 120 – it only adapts the plugs so you may plug in chargers that have a 110-240 volt range.
.
Many small electronics like cellphone chargers, ipods, ipads, laptops, electric shavers, etc have volt ranges from 110-240, so these will work with the foreign voltage. If your device says 110 -120 volts only – this will not work. You need to read the fine print on each device’s plug to make sure that it will work with 240 volts or you will literally fry the device, and possibly cause a fire.
