"Building For His Kingdom"Speaker: Daniele Recca Language: English & Italian Kids Program Available ______________________________________________________ We’ve got some friends over, and thought YOU might like to come…There are lots of great Church Conferences in Sydney. This is not one of them. ‘For His Kingdom’ (March 3-10) is, instead, an invitation to our place, for prayer, for thinking together, for coffee and pizza, for participating the long cycles of an urban village rooted in the local cultures of southern Europe. We’re looking forward to it.From Ragusa, Sicily, a couple of friends of ours – Daniele and Fay Recca – will share on calling ‘For His Kingdom’. Pastors of Chiesa Emmanuel, which they planted in the 1990s, their dynamic multisite, generational church is now the largest Protestant church in south-eastern Sicily. Fay will talk about being ‘Called for His Kingdom’ to leave Britain, cross language and culture barriers, and help found this remarkable work. Daniele will talk about the Church’s Mediterranean and international vision, and the role of the ‘Church and His Kingdom’. From Auckland, our good friend Ken Harrison, former General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God in New Zealand, will bring his wisdom regarding the work of the Spirit of God around the world. Ken has worked in Europe, Asia and Africa for over a decade, bringing about transformation in Rumania, and assisting many local churches in Italy to align themselves to their calling. Speaking on ‘Gifted for His Kingdom’, Ken will bring his powerful prophetic ministry to bear in helping us become what He has called us to be. For His Kingdom is Liberty Hill with its doors open. Events (in both Italian and English) and dinners and making bread and pizza will run all week. Pop in if you’re ‘hungry for the bread of life’, and bring your friends.
