Exhibition: Revealing Gravity – a Africa interest event taking place on 2018-03-09 09:00:00 in United States
Jennifer Ivanovic was born in Wisconsin; she graduated with her BFA from The Columbus College of Art & Design. Having lived in 5 US states, South Africa, and New Zealand, she now resides in Fort Collins, Colorado. Jennifer is most known for her unique and innovative pouring and “blowing” methods using acrylic paint that she invented. Jennifer states, “Paint is my muse, truly revealing the highly experimental nature of paint pour. The property of each cascading color creates a singular path that blends, moves and separates forms and changing direction and finally settling into an unexpected beauty”.
She has been shown throughout the US and internationally, and her work has been included in corporate collections in North America. “Revealing Gravity” presents her current work that explores the concept of gravity through a variety of materials and personal experiences.
