Entries for the 2021 Fedhealth MTB Challenge, an exhilarating Two Day MTB Festival that will take Blaauwklippen Wine Estate (Stellenbosch) by storm in September (Saturday 11 and Sunday 12), will open on Tuesday 15 June 2021!
“The Fedhealth MTB Challenge will celebrate its 6th anniversary in 2021,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports and Founder of the event. “The fun will start on Saturday at the Fedhealth MTB Challenge Kids Event with future stars between 1 – 13 years of age taking on a fun-filled 500m, 1.5km or 5km event. The action will intensify on Sunday with the Fedhealth MTB Challenge Marathon (+-60km), Half Marathon (+-28km) and Fun Ride (+-15km). We look forward to welcoming mountain biking enthusiasts of all ages to Blaauwklippen Wine Estate for a celebration like no other.”
“All events will highlight the splendour of this magnificent wine estate,” confirms Meyer. “Look forward to experiencing spectacular, well-manicured trails and stunning scenery. The Fedhealth MTB Challenge is one event on the 2021 MTB Calendar that should not be missed.”
“If the pandemic has taught us anything over the past year, it is that it’s a total privilege to be in good health and be able to exercise. Doing so in a picturesque setting out in nature is an added bonus! As such, we cannot wait to host the 2021 Fedhealth MTB Challenge, and we invite riders of all ages and fitness levels and their families to join us at Blaauwklippen this September (COVID-19 restrictions permitting). With an event for everyone, a festive atmosphere, and free entry for all Fedhealth members, we hope to see many riders there,” says Jeremy Yatt, Fedhealth Principal Officer.
