Learn successful strategies for dealing with social structures and decision-making processes when interacting with different cultural values, beliefs and traditions. Develop practical tools and skills through an experiential workshop leading to your ability to communicate effectively with your diverse employees and clientele. Presented by SCORE member Sharmila Ghosh Sharmila has been an independent Cultural Competency Trainer & Consultant since 2003. As a facilitator and trainer, she brings extensive experience, both nationally and globally, in training managers, engineers, physicians, and police officers in cultural competency and cross-cultural communication issues. She has in-depth knowledge in training and development, as well as profound understanding of a wide variety of cultural perspectives. She is highly experienced in coaching both groups and individuals in appreciating diversity, building and maintaining cohesive multicultural work teams, and enhancing a range of purposes across cultures. In her workshops she provides practical tools that create impactful cross-cultural communications. Pre-registration is required. This event is free.
