This guest appearance of internationally famous ventriloquist and actor Edgar Bergen (February 16, 1903 – September 30, 1978) and his beautiful 19-year-old daughter, actress and fashion model Candice Bergen (b. May 9, 1946), on the popular American game show "What’s My Line?," aired on September 12, 1965.
Edgar and Candice are seen here with the show’s host, John Daly (February 20, 1914 – February 24, 1991). Daly, born in Johannesburg, South Africa, was also a journalist and radio personality; he served as host and moderator on the panel show during its 17-year run from 1950 through 1967. Daly missed hosting "What’s My Line?" for only four shows.
