Run by Silvia Damiano, CEO of The About My Brain Institute, the Program is based on the i4 Neuroleader Program which was nominated in 2018 as one of the Best Leadership Program in the Industry by the Australian Institute of Training & Development. The program consists of six sessions: 1. Session 1 – Positioning/preparation (either Thursday 26 OR Friday 27, November 2018 – completed)2. Session 2 – Collaboration (either Monday 18 OR Tuesday, 19 February 2019)3. Session 3 – Performance (either Thursday 28 OR Friday, 29 March 2019)4. Session 4 – Agility (either Thursday 2 OR 3 Friday, 3 May 2019)5. Session 5 – Innovation (either Thursday 13 OR Friday, 14 June 2019)6. Session 6 – Summary – Certificate presentation (Wednesday, 10 July 2019) There is both personal and professional gain to be had from this program and it is important you attend all sessions, in person. Involvement of all staff will make a difference to the embedding of new mindsets.
