Cool “Miss Africa” Wax print fabric image

A nice Miss South Africa image:

A "Fancy" (one sided) Wax print coton fabric. It’s unclear if this referes to the "Miss Africa" contest started by the AU in the early 60s, or a "Miss Africa" contest South Africa was organised by Drum Magazine through the 1950s, and popular throughout Anglophone Africa. Or it could be something else entirely. The seller, not a longtime owner, thought it was from Liberia. There are no marks. The blue crinkle pattern is typical of West African wax prints, as is the overall style. Judging by the clothing alone, I suspect it dates from the late 50s to early 60s and likely Ghanaian, Liberian, or Nigerian. (could also be Sierra Leone? Cameroon? or made elsewhere for West African Market? )

Evidence or educated guesses more than welcomed!
