Vir is an island about 20 min north of Zadar. It’s connected to the mainland via a small bridge. Easy to reach.
In the northern part of the Island is a protected park area offering beautiful Mediterranean nature, a lighthouse, a road perfect for bicycling and many wild beaches facing the open sea, the island of Pag and the Velebit mountain range. Many of the beaches are sandy.
Perfect for a day in piece and nature.
