The birth-control-pack looking thing in purple, Advair, is a 24-hour beta-blocker/bronchialdialator inhaler. It doesn’t "whoosh" a gas into you like most inhalers (including the blue one on the left). Instead, you push a lever, and simply suck on the hole. It’s a thin dust, not a gas. Then you’re supposed to wash your mouth out with water gith away, and NOT SWALLOW the water. Or else you get mouth sores. Nice. It was a free sample with 30 days, and I used it til there were only about 5 days left. Now I’m just going to use it before going to a party where I will socially smoke a lot of ciagerettes…
The lip balm was necessary because of all the Mucinex I took. For the 2nd time in my life, I had to use balm/chapstick. I just don’t get why it’s necessary for most people most of the time.
Vicks VapoRub has saved my life as far as I am concerned, and it a basic neccesity. If society collapses, access to Vicks VapoRub is one of my seroius concerns.
And the clarithromiacin was the logical choice for Levaquin — stay away from Levaquin and fluoroquinolones!!! There are other antibiotics on the market that work, and have fewer risks associated with them.
Nasonex rules for sinus infections too! I had no clue some people had to use it every day. I think that’s a bit insane, since it’s a steroid, but hey, you do what you gotta do. Nasonex is potent. I get "micro-scabs" wherever I spray it. Not real scabs, but a definite scabby feeling inside my nostril where I spray it. My doctor warned me if you sprayed it on the inside of your nostrils, your nose could bleed. Damn potent stuff.
Advair, Nasonex, Ventolin, Vicks VapoRub, clarithromycin, drugs, lip balm, medicine, pnuemonia prescriptions.
