    I bought this for my 8yr old niece who is in love with dolphins. It was a huge hit! The necklace is delicate and cute, it is smaller than I expected, the dolphin is probably about 1/2 an inch tall if that. The blue bead in the center is plastic and not glass or gemstone as I had expected, but the dolphin is metal and the necklace is still super cute. It’s on a good solid snake chain so you don’t have to worry about delicate link chain breaking. It is the perfect size for my petite little niece and she wears it all the time. I think she loves the little fuzzy flocked dolphin box it came in just as much as the necklace. I was a little disappointed to find the box didn’t have a dorsal fin but since he needs to be able to open and the hinge is right where the fin should be it makes sense. It hasn’t seemed to dampen my niece’s delight with the item in the slightest. It was defiantly worth the money spent.
