Join us for a sunset wine-tasting cruise with full buffet dinner and drinks included, in the delightful environment of Seafin. Enjoy learning in the company of Cecile Bergart, WSET-certified Sommelier and Proprietor of the Hampshire Wine School to taste wine like a professional. We will taste 1 Champagne against its equivalent in Italy, Spain, South Africa, Brazil and our very own, local, Hampshire-based sparkling wine, and decide for ourselves once and for all which one deserves to be our favourite! I was trained by the Confrerie des Sabreurs and will be delighted to show off my skills, opening up a bottle of champagne with a sword, just like Napoleon used to do! I am a published Champagne and Wine Educator, a guest champagne expert for Champagne World Magazine and for Channel 4 'SuperScrimpers', a regular guest speaker on BBC Radio Solent, as well as being an approved staff educator for Marks and Spencer. I am also a Ruinart Champagne Ambassador in the UK. This tasting includes: 6 SPARKLING WINES (including 1 Champagne, 1 Prosecco, 1 Cava, 1 from South Africa, 1 from Brazil (yes, Brazil !!!) and 1 from Hampshire itself).
