Catch a glimpse of the future today with Veeam and Flux Trends’ Bronwyn Williams

Catch a glimpse of the future today with Veeam and Flux Trends’ Bronwyn Williams:

Veeam, the leader in Cloud Data Management, is showing businesses how to stay ahead of the digital disruption curve. The next instalment of its free transformation masterclass series features acclaimed trend translator and future finance expert, Bronwyn Williams from Flux Trends.

The webinar masterclass will take place on Tuesday, 23 June at 10:00 SAST with Williams presenting How the lockdown has affected the second wave of digital disruption.

Tailored specifically for C-suite executives and other senior IT professionals, the Veeam Digital Transformation Masterclass Series focuses on digital transformation and its impact on business – a conversation which has become increasingly apparent given the current state of remote business practises during and post lockdown.

According to the latest Veeam 2020 Data Protection Trends Report, almost a third (30%) of global organisations are in the early stages of implementing or planning for digital transformation.

Williams’ presentation will look at the emerging trends that businesses need to be cognisant of, as well as how to plan a short-term survival strategy and a long-term vision for both your personal capacity as well as the future of your organisation. Further, the webinar will provide businesses with insights to address barriers such as lack of skills and expertise.

“We are very excited to have Bronwyn share her exciting insights with our masterclass guests. There is a lot of talk about the ‘new normal’, and digital disruption, but it is important to try and understand where we are, and where the world is going.

“There are various drivers and obstacles to digital transformation, but one area where everyone agrees: transform or be left behind,” says Kate Mollett, Regional Manager: Africa at Veeam.

Other key points that will be discussed include:

· How to get ahead and understand the drivers and dynamics of disruption, and how these will affect your business.

· Identify blind spots in current business models, so that new opportunities can be leveraged.

· Determine if your company’s skills-set is suited to an agile and responsive organisation.

· Assess the flexibility of your organisation’s operating system, to gauge how to recalibrate after pivoting.
